Girlstylerz Camp
Freestyle Yukon is hosting our first-ever Girlstylerz Camp at Mt. Sima — and you’re invited! If you’ve ever wanted to try freestyle skiing, this is the weekend to do it. Learn new tricks, gain confidence, and have a ton of fun with certified coaches cheering you on every step of the way.

All WMHA U11-U18 Goalies are invited to register for their GOALIE WEEKEND. This will be an intense on ice experience featuring three guest coaches who will be led by their goalie development partner Colin Cooper. This opportunity is for House League AND Mustangs/Wild Goalies alike.

Winter Solstice Run
Celebrate Winter Solstice with Athletics Yukon! Please wear your most festive gear. Run or walk up to the towers on Grey Mountain Road approx. 12 km return (Or however far you feel like going)

Join Whitehorse Nordic Centre for their Holiday Hero on December 23, 2025. Race against your local young athletes home for the holidays!

Chasing the Light Sprint
Join Whitehorse Nordic Centre for the first race of the newly created BOREAL CUP Series! Compete in a fun and friendly environment and earn some points at each event until the Pierre Harvey Cup on March 28, 2026. Chasing the Light is a sprint race on a ladder format. Sprints are short, fun, and happen on a small loop, so you can be encouraged all the way. Join them afterwards for pizza and drinks in the WNC Chalet! This event is also a training event for our Arctic Winter Games Officials.

2026 AWG Snowboard Trials
Get ready for the 2026 AWG Trials Snowboard Camp! Train, compete, and earn your chance to represent the Yukon at the 2026 Arctic Winter Games. The trials will consist of 2 events; an individual timed race on the snowboard cross course and slopestyle in the Pokey Park. You must participate in both events to be eligible to be named to the team. The Final Roster will be published within one week of the trials event.

Fat Bike Blues
Join fat bike ultra-athlete Jessie Gladish and friends for two days of fat biking fun in Dawson City!
You’ll be treated to group rides along the Yukon River, a tour of historic sites and snowy singletrack in the local mountains.

Tennis Northern Cup
Join Tennis Yukon for the Northern Cup - an annual tennis tournament welcoming players from across the North! This year’s tournament will take place from July 10-11, 2026 featuring exciting singles, doubles and mixed doubles matches for both men and women. All individuals from the Yukon, NWT and Alaska will compete against each other. Game scores will count towards a running total for the territory/state. The leading territory/state wins the cup! All participants are guaranteed two scheduled matches.

Yukon River Trail Marathon
The Yukon River Trail Marathon has been running strong for over 25 years! Join them for the 2026 race on August 2, 2026 in beautiful Whitehorse, Yukon. The course starts on the Millennium Trail, then travels on single-track to Kwanlin (Miles Canyon) and Canyon City, continues on the Yukon River trail towards Chadburn Lake, follows the beautiful trails along Chadden Lake, Schwatka Lake, and Hidden Lakes to end up near the Whitehorse dam where runners return to the Millennium Trail, and run next to the Yukon river to the finish area.

Subzero Volleyball Tryouts
Subzero Volleyball Club is so excited to kick off our 2025-2026 season with our annual Club Opener/Tryouts. The Subzero Club Openers/Tryouts are the venue for team selection for all club teams except 13U (13U teams have an open registration). They are also an opportunity for athletes to meet coaches and prospective team mates. Club Opener/Tryout sessions are structured as a mix of drills, athletic activities and small-sided and 6v6 wash drills/games.

Whether you’re new to competing or just climbing for fun — come test your skills, cheer on your friends, and enjoy a full day of sends and good vibes! They’ve got categories for YouthD, YouthC, Rec, and Open, with climbs for every level.
Each category will have a 1-hour session to send as many problems as you can — every top and zone earns you points, so climb smart and give it your all.

2026 AWG Hockey Tryouts- Weekend 2
Hockey Yukon is hosting its second round of tryouts for the 2026 Arctic Winter Games! They strongly encourage players to attend both weekends, but attending at least one weekend is mandatory to be eligible for Team Yukon selection. This is the second and final weekend of tryouts.
