Multi-Sport Event Trailer
Booking Form

Thanks to the generous support of Lotteries Yukon and the Friends of Mt. Sima Society, Sport Yukon manages the Multi-Sport Event Trailer for our member organizations to use for their sport events.

Before you book, please be aware:

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis - subject to availability.

  • Priority is given to those events that have Yukon participants, as well as a sport tourism component.

  • Equipment may be reserved for up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days, based on availability at the time of application.

  • All equipment must stay with the trailer and remain in the trailer if you do not plan to use it for your event.

  • There is a rental cost of $100/event for the trailer to cover expenses related to the program (paid by credit card upon receipt of invoice when your booking is approved).

  • A damage deposit of $500 (cheque or credit card) must be provided to Sport Yukon BEFORE pick up of the trailer. This deposit will be returned within 7 days following confirmation that the equipment has been returned in satisfactory condition.

  • The trailer and equipment will be picked up at and returned to Mt. Sima (by prior arrangement at the time of booking).

  • A 1/2 tonne pick up truck with a 2” receiver is needed for the pick up of the trailer (2x 5/16th ball provided).

  • If you would like delivery of the trailer, it needs to be agreed upon by Mt. Sima staff. There will be a $100 fee for Whitehorse delivery. If delivery is requested outside of the Whitehorse area, a financial compensation agreement with Mt. Sima must be established (contact info below).
