Sport Yukon is a non-profit society run by a volunteer board of directors. It's member organizations are territorial sport governing bodies, clubs and associations who offer a variety of sport, recreation and other community based programs.

Six wrestlers to represent Yukon at Games
Coach Bernard Briggs throws Terry Dick to the mat during the team trials for the Arctic Winter Games. Dick is one of six Yukoners competing in wrestling at the Games. When the Wrestling Association of the Yukon was formed last spring, its top priority was to put some participants in the upcoming Arctic Winter Games after a 10-year hiatus.
